At Luxe Research, we stand behind the clinical efficacy of our skincare; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. To ensure product integrity, items must be in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the formula.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team via email.

• 3.
  Ship to the Lab

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification for your return shipment.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our laboratory team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
